<p style="text-align: justify;">The note of Regional Office may kindly be perused.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The CETP operator was granted consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH4/2019/10762938 dated 03/10/2019, upto 30/06/2024.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now, the CETP operator has applied for renewal of consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The consent fee deposited by the CETP operator is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Regional Office reported that the CETP has installed one thermopack of capacity 2000 U with wood as fuel with dust collector as APCD and the CETP has also installed one DG set of capacity 125 KVA equipped with canopy alongwith adequate stack height.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As proposed by Regional Office, may if approved, consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be renewed to the CETP operator upto 31.12.2024 with usual conditions, please.</p>
