<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">The report and recommendation of Regional Office be persued. </span>May if approved: -</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The consent to operate Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2024 with usual terms and conditions.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. The hospital will comply with discharged standards prescribed in the Bio- medical Rules amended in 2018.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The HCF shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The hospital will submit report of effluent sample analyzed from Board’s Lab within 02 months.</p>
