<p style="text-align: justify;">May if approved, CTO under Water ACt 1974 and Air Act 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with suitable conditions and with special condition that the industry shall comply with the notification issued by the Department of Science Technology & Environment vide Notification No. 10/64/2020- STE4/469 dated 04.10.2023 in true letter and spirit and shall adopt cleaner fuel in future. </p>
