<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN">The report and recommendation of Regional Office be persued. </span>The site of industry is in industrial area. Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Consent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</p>
