The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting documents submitted by the project proponent i.e. project report.</span></span></p>

However, the project proponent has mentioned the cost of genset in the project report. The project proponent needs to clarify the same.</span></span></p>

The project proponent needs to clarify the same.</span></span></p>

The project proponent has proposed that remaining plots area will be developed as per Karnal Technology. However, the project proponent has not submitted amended site plan approved by Competent Authority for development of 68 no. residential plots .</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="line-height: 115%;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="line-height: 115%;">The project proponent needs to submit proposal regarding additional land for the disposal of treated effluent as, at present STP of MC, Kharar is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="line-height: 115%;">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="line-height: 115%;">The project proponent has not proposed to provide ultra-filtration system with STP for utilization of treated domestic effluent for flushing purpose. The project proponent needs to submit revised feasibility report. </span></span></p>
