<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.05pt 4.3pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">Now, the industry has again applied for obtaining fresh consents under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Pasteurized Milk @ 3600 Kgs/day, Butter @ 2200 Kgs/day, Ghee @ 300 Kgs/day and SMP @ 5400 Kgs/day by using Milk @ 300000 Liter/day as raw material under red category with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.05pt 4.3pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry has also deposited Rs. 318000/- Vide online receipt No. 611579248 dated 19/12/2023 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 318500/- (Rs. 318000/- as air consent fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee) online receipt No. 442681583 dated 19/12/2023 under the Air Act, 1981 against the fixed assets of Rs. 3878.42 lakhs as on 30.09.2023 as per CA certificate dated 09.12.2023, which is adequate upto <strong>31.12.2028</strong>.</span></p>

The entire treated effluent shall be discharged onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.05pt -4.5pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">Air Pollution</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin: 0.05pt 4.3pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry has also installed FBC boiler of capacity 12 TPH. The industry will be using rice husk as fuel in the boiler and has installed Trima cyclone as </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">APCD</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;"> to control the air emission, which is adequate. Further, the industry has installed 2 no. D.G. sets of capacity 380 KVA each, which is equipped with canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>
