The project proponent shall operate its STP regularly & efficiently to achieve the prescribed standards at all the time.</span></p>

The project proponent shall provide water meter from where the treated wastewater is being used in double plumbing, plantation and into sewer, within 07 days and shall maintain record in this regard.</span></p>

The project proponent shall submit bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 3.0 lacs as an assurance to comply with the environmental norms, within 07 days.</span></p>

The project proponent shall remove the underground pipeline earlier used by it for discharge of untreated wastewater directly into sewer immediately in presence of officer of the Board.</span></p>

Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala shall personally visit the site, make the compliance of decision no. 4 and check other compliances and send its flash report, immediately alongwith the recommendations to decide the renewal of application pending with the Board.</span></p>

The aeration in the aeration tanks was in progress at the time of visit. </span></p>

The project proponent has provided water meter at the outlet of STP and on the pipeline leading to plantation area. A log book is being maintained for keeping the record of fresh water consumption and generation. </span></p>

The representative of the PP informed that they have already requested their bank to make the bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 3.0 lakh and shall be submitted on the coming Tuesday.</span></p>
