<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.5in;"><span style="color: black;">1) The consent to operate applications applied under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 shall be returned to the industry subject to condition that the industry shall resubmit the same within 7-days after obtaining EPR under </span>Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 24px; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt 0.5in;"><span style="color: black;">2) Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Regional Office, SAS Nagar shall process the consent to operate applications to be applied by the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 on merits. </span></p>
