The industry has applied for obtaining 'Consent to establish' (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of sheet metals components @ 2000000 nos/year by using CRC/HRC Sheets @ 2400 MT/year as raw material alongwith requisite documents and fee.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">NOC Fee</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif;">The industry has deposited NOC fee of Rs. 10,800/- vide R. No. 684641224 dated 10.01.2024, against the total cost of project of Rs. 753.50 lacs as per brief project report. The NOC fee deposited by the industry is adequate for one year.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry is engaged in manufacturing of sheet metal components by installing laser cutting, welding, shearing machines etc. and the unit is an fabrication unit. The manufacturing process of the industry is covered under Green Category as per categorisation of industries circulated by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">Site Suitability</span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted land classification certificate issued by DTP, SAS Nagar vide its letter no. 1997 dated 29.12.2023, as per which the site falls in industrial zone as per Land Use Plan Lalru and operation of green category industry can be regularized.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry will manufacture sheet metal components and the manufacturing process of the industry is not covered under the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 4.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 67.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted a copy of registered lease deed executed on 17.03.2023 which is valid for 20 years as proof of land.</span></p>
