<p>While granting consent, clear cut condition are to be mentioned that The industry will not use furnace oil as fuel. It can only use fuels having low Sulphur contents like LSHS or LDO.</p>
<p><em><strong>Language as mentioned in fuel policy is to be used and govt notification with no and date is to be mentioned as well clause of cleaner fuel and other relevant clauses are to be mentioned.</strong></em></p>
<p>Similarly condition<em><strong> </strong></em>is to be imposed for stringent standards as prescribed in MOEFCC notification is to be imposed effective from 15.5.2023 mentioning clear cut standards as prescribed in notification.</p>
<p>Above two conditions are to be made as standard/special conditions in all other similar cases also, where any fuel is being used.</p>
