CTE/Fresh/JAL/2018/8605725 dated 29.10.2018 valid upto 28.10.2019 for establishment of residential colony and discharge of domestic effluent 30 KLD with suitable conditions mentioned therein.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Now the project proponent has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent has Rs. 7700/- vide UTR no CLBLN23257002563 dated 15.09.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 99000/- vide UTR no CLBLN23312003528 dated 09.11.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through IMPS, adequate upto 30.09.2027.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 36.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->To verify the facts, the project was visited by EE alongwith AEE of this office on 24.01.2024 & observed that:-</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 72.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->Two houses have been completed and occupied.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 72.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->05 houses are under construction.</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 72.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The effluent has not yet reached the collection tank as only two houses have been occupied.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 151%; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 72.0pt;"> </p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 151%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 72.0pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent has provided registration deed for additional 02 acre land adjoining the project in which plantation is being developed. Further, the project proponent has provided plantation along the roads and around parks. As such, the disposal arrangements are adequate for disposal of treated effluent @30 KLD.</p>

<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">Recommendations:- </span></u></strong></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="line-height: 151%; margin: .35pt 15.35pt .0001pt 36.0pt;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent upto 30.09.2027 with suitable condition and special condition that the project proponent shall get analyzed its effluent samples from Board’s lab within 03 months.</p>
