<p>As proposed but clearcut condition for not to use furnace oil, use LSHS or other low sulphur liquid fuel as mentioned in fuel policy 2023, for cleaner fuels and other conditions mentioned therein. <strong>Wording may be taken from Fuel Policy.</strong></p>
<p>Similarly condition of stringent standards as mentioned in MOEFCC notification be imposed to achieve the same w.e.f 15.5.2023.</p>
<p>Both Noticition NO and date shall also be quoted in conditions.</p>
