The report and recommendation of RO be perused. The PP was granted NOC for residential colony with Domestic Effluent @30.0 KLD into sewer after treatment into STP. The PP has now applied for Consent to operates, The project proponent has additional 02 acre land adjoining the project in which plantation is being developed, further plantation along the roads and around parks. As such, the disposal arrangements are adequate for disposal of treated effluent @30 KLD.
May if Approved, consent to operate under Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent upto 30.09.2027 with suitable condition and special condition that the project proponent shall get analysed its effluent samples from Board’s lab within 03 months.
