Moreover, has the industry developed 3.1 acres as per karnal technology ? Pl clarify</p>

Has the industry submitted tehsildar certificate to certify fulfillment of distances of the said land area (25K-2M) from nearby landmarks as prescribed vide GoP notification dated 15.10.2013 for such units? If so, bring details. Is any industrial activity being carried out on said additional land area (25-2M)? If so bring details. Further, bring non record comments of visiting officer w.r.t observations made during visit regarding fulfillment distances as prescribed vide GoP notification dated 15.10.2013.</p>
