| Clarification Note: |
While going through the reply submitted by the industry, it has been observed that :-
1. PP has not submitted the documentary proof, whether the site of the project falls in the Industrial Zone of the Master Plan, Ludhiana. The relevant copy be provided.
2. The Site /Layout plan submitted by the PP is not readable.
3. The PP has not submitted the copies of registries as stated in reply of clarification dated 23.01.2024.
You are, therefore, requested to submit the one complete set of application form alongwith complete documents & registries -alongwith index indicating the owner of land, Khewat No./Khautni No etc and Area with their consent letters by 29.01.2024 positively. |
