<p>sir, the point wise reply to observations raised is as under-</p>
<p>1. The air emission sampling will be carried out in this season.</p>
<p>2. The industry has installed additional machinery i.e sortex machinery as well as dryer.</p>
<p>3. The industry has not increased land area and expansion has been made in existing premises.</p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate (CTO) under Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.9.27 and Air Act, 1981 may be </span><strong style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">granted up to 30/09/2024</strong><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"> for the production of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 1.0 TPH by using Paddy @ 1.5 TPH as raw material, subject to the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and a special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission sample from Board’s lab or Board’s approved lab in coming season.</span></p> |
