<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">In view of facts mentioned in the agenda note of RO FGS, mayb if approvedthat Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year for commercial plots @ 98 numbers subject to the suitable conditions and following additional conditions that:</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 36pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Bookman Old Style';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The Project Proponent shall ensure that the total built up area of construction being carried out by it or any different builders may not be greater than 20,000 sqm, otherwise the project as such is covered under category 8(a) of the schedule appended to the EIA notification and project proponent of the building and construction project is required to obtain the environmental clearance, failure which, the promoter company/builder shall be liable for action for the violation of EIA notification dated 14/09/2006.</span></p>
