<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS for the product manufacturing of FINISHING/HARDENING/HEAT TREATMENT OF VARIOUS TRACTOR/AUTO/CAR PARTS.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted the MSME certificate as the proof of date of commissioning i.e. January, 1999. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry is located in designated industrial mix zone as per ATP letter no. 260 dated 01.12.2023. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 24075/- vide UTR No. 557448796 dated 22.01.2024 (Rs. 23150/- water consent fees and Rs. 900/- NOC fees), Rs. 23150/- vide UTR No. 912071267 dated 22.01.2024 as air consent fees, which is adequate upto 31.12.2028 against the fixed assets of Rs. 7.03/- Lacs under VDS scheme. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 25.01.2024 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
