<p style="text-align: justify;">The details of the case may kindly be perused in the note of AEE. A perusal of said note reveals that the lease agreement of the land where treated wastewater will be utilized onto land for plantation submitted by PP is valid upto 7/2/2027. But RO has recommended the CTOs upto 30/9/2028. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Before taking any further action in the matter, if approved, EE, RO, SAS Nagar be asked to clarify the above mentioned point so that further action in the matter can be taken. </p> |
