<p><span lang="EN-US">RO has reported that earlier, the industry was granted consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. </span><span lang="EN-US">CTOA/Varied/TRT/2021/17007954 dated 08/10/2021 up to 30/09/2026 and under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Fresh/TRT/2021/17079748 dated 08/10/2021, which are valid up to 30/09/2026, </span><span lang="EN-US">under the name & style of M/s M/s Classy Kontainers, Plot No- 422 (p), Industrial Focal Point, Goindwal Sahib, District Taran Taran.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Now the industry applied for varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under the and style of M/s Manjushree Technopack Ltd-</span></p>

<p><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">Goindwal Unit Plot no. 422(P), Industrial Focal Point, Goindwal Sahib, Tehsil Khadoor District Tarn Taran</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Detail of the case are as under: -</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">1. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry has submitted CA certificate dated 08.01.2024, with value of gross fixed assets as Rs.493.63 Lakh. The industry has deposited Rs. 54500/- (including Rs. 500/- as application form fee) vide Receipt No. 693342840 dated 20.01.2024 as consent fee under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 54000/- vide Receipt No. 232065696 dated 20.01.2024 as consent fee under Air Act, 1981., which it is adequate upto 30.09.2028 under both acts.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">2. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry has submitted manufacturing process which is reproduced as under: -</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Start – Incoming Material – injection Moulding – Printing – Packing – Dispatch.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">3. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry has submitted MOU made between Both parties as sale agreement of the firm which can be perused. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">4. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry has submitted allotment letter vide no. 28370 dated 23.02.2018 issued from PSIEC, Chandigarh for M/s Classy Containers, Plot No. 422 (P), Industrial Focal Point, Goindwal Sahib, Tehsil Khadoor District Tarn Taran.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US"> </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry was visited by officer of this office on 25/01/2024 and observed as under:-</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">1. </span><span lang="EN-US">During visit the industry was in operation.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">2. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry was engaged in the process of manufacturing of plastic containers using virgin plastic granules and printing of the same.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">3. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry was not discharging any trade effluent.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">4. </span><span lang="EN-US">Domestic effluent was being discharged onto PSIEC sewer.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">5. </span><span lang="EN-US">The industry has installed DG set of capacity 400 KVA which is provided with canopy.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">RO has </span>recommended that the fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 under the and style of M/s Manjushree Technopack Ltd- Goindwal Unit Plot no. 422(P), Industrial Focal Point, Goindwal Sahib, Tehsil Khadoor District Tarn Tara with usual terms.</p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 under the name and style of M/s Manjushree Technopack Ltd- Goindwal Unit Plot no. 422(P), Industrial Focal Point, Goindwal Sahib, Tehsil Khadoor District Tarn Tara with usual terms alongwith special conditions as under:-.</span></p>
<p>1. The industry shall not make any expansion within the existing industrial premises.</p>
<p>2. The industry shall not make any change in the existing manufacturing process without prior permission from the Board.</p>
<p>3. The industry shall not discharge any trade effluent and whole of the effluent will be re-circulated in the process/cooling.</p>
<p>4. The industry shall not install any boiler / furnace without prior permission of the Board.</p>
<p>5. The industry shall comply with all the guidelines issued by CPCB / PPCB.</p>
<p>6. The industry shall comply with the provisions of the Manufacture, Import, Stocking, Distribution, Sale and use of single use Plastic prohibited with effect from 01.07.2022.</p>
