<p>1. The Project has 139 houses and 9 shops. Whether the projected effluent of 30 KLD is apraised by RO and found authentic. Please provide the basis/calculations by which Regional Office has verified this quantity as appropriate/adequate.</p>
<p>2. What is the area of green belt within the permisses. How much treated effluent can be used on this land.</p>
<p>3. Copy of lease deed of additional land, whether registered or not, period of lease deed is not available with this application. RO to clarify/comment. What is the location of this land. Kindly mark on the location plan.</p>
<p>4. Presently only 2 houses are occupied and 5 are under construction. Is it feasible to grant consent for 139 houses and 9 shops at this stage or part consent is to be issued.</p>
