<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the proposed site was earlier granted 'Consent to Established' under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up a unit for manufacturing of Compressed Bio Gas @ 2.60 MTD, Solid Fertilizer @ 30 MTD and Liquid fertilizer @ 30 MTD vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH1/2023/20713700 dated 31.1.2023 valid upto 30.1.2024.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now the industry has applied for obtaining 'Consent to Established' for extension under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up a unit for manufacturing of Compressed Bio Gas @ 2.60 MTD, Solid Fertilizer @ 30 MTD and Liquid fertilizer @ 30 MTD with Request letter reason for non-completion of project in stipulated time due to financial crisis. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 10800/- vide no. 722769838 dated 29.01.2024 as NOC regularization fee which is adequate for one year.</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: .3pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> In view of the above, it is recommended that extension in validity of 'Consent to Establish (NOC)' under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for manufacturing of Compressed Bio Gas @ 2.60 MTD, Solid Fertilizer @ 30 MTD and Liquid fertilizer @ 30 MTD for one year with the suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the industry will not generate any trade effluent.</span></p>
