The industry has not submitted detail of increase in fixed assets. </span></p>

Ludhiana. But, now industry has applied with agreement with M/s JBR Technology Pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana for lifting of effluent @ 15000 Ltr/month. The industry has increased qty of agreement but it has applied for renewal of consent. It seems that the industry has increased the production and required to obtain varied consent to operate.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.45pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">If approved, SCN for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to industry with opportunity of personal hearing at ZO level, please.</span></p>
