<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 for dyeing for all type of fabrics (polyester/pc/cotton) @ 9 T/day with generation & disposal of trade effluent @ 460 KLD and domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into CETP 50 MLD. The industry has deposited Rs. 27,500/- vide R. No. 492633349 dated 31.12.2023 as Rs. 21,600/- under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 5400/- as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee, which is adequate upto 30.06.2025.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .25in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>In view of the above, it is recommended varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for dyeing for all type of fabrics (polyester/pc/cotton) @ 9 T/day with generation & disposal of trade effluent @ 460 KLD and domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD into CETP 50 MLD for the period of one year with special condition that:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: 1.0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo4; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">·<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry shall stop discharging its effluent in case due to any reason the CETP is not operational or dedicated conveyance system is overflowing.</span></p>
