<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%;">Sir kindly peruse the reply given by PP to the observation raised regarding calculation of water balance based on 5 persons per plot instead of 15 persons per plot as per notification dated 31.08.2021. The project proponent has claimed that CLU has been issued under Punjab Affordable Housing Policy 2022 & is covered under EWS category and therefore, calculation has been done by assuming five persons per plot</span>. Further, on perusal of said policy which was draft in 2022 but notified in 2023 i.e. on 22.03.2023, the density has been taken as 400 persons per acre. Accordingly, the revised calculations has been done based on said density and thus, the STP requirement is 75 KLD instead of 50 KLD & plantation area as per karnal technology required is 0.276 acres including adjoining extra land of 0.21875 acres. Thus, in light of the above, If approved, action as proposed by note of AEE (PBIP) for issuance of CTE for development of Residential Township project in an area of 14610.75 sq yard or 3.01 Acres consisting of components as Residential Plots (48 Plots) in 6335.222 sq yd or 1.30 Acres area and Commercial Plots (13 plots) in 0.13 Acres, upto 22.10.2024 (one year from date of filing first application) subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note with amendment in condition no.6 as below be taken, please:</p>

In case, there is any change in components of the project such as total area, built-up area, water consumption, wastewater generation, solid waste generation etc. if at any stage, then the project proponent shall obtain revised fresh ‘Consent to Establish’ from the Board, for the said change.</span>.</p> |
