The PP has installed STP of capacity 100 KLD (Copy of Feasibility report is attached herewith). The PP has applied for consent for 139 houses and 09 shops. </span></p> <p style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">Therefore, it is recommended that CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the PP for 139 houses and 09 shops for discharge of treated sewage onto land for plantation @ 76 KLD. </span></p>
