For 139 houses and 09 shops the average water consumption in the colony on 100% occupancy will be 139 (houses) x 5 (average number of person per household) x 135 (water consumption in liters) + 9 (shops) x 5 average number of person per shop) x 45 (water consumption in liters) = 95 KL. Thus, sewage generation = 95 x 0.8 = 76 KLD.</span></p>

The additional land is marked on the Aks Sajra <strong>(copy attached). </strong>This land is adequate for discharge of treated effluent @ 76 KLD. </span></p>

The PP has installed STP of capacity 100 KLD (Copy of Feasibility report is attached herewith). The PP has applied for consent for 139 houses and 09 shops. </span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; color: #5d5d5d;">Therefore, it is recommended that CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the PP for 139 houses and 09 shops for discharge of treated sewage onto land for plantation @ 76 KLD. </span></p> |
