2. Lease deed with Jaspal Singh, uploaded under the "documents" is incomplete. Please upload complete lease deed.
3. In the Location plan attached with lease deed, some of the land for utilization of effluent (marked green) is away from the colony site. How, the effluent will reach to the said site.
4. In the location plan attached with lease deed, it is not clear that which area relates to Sh. Jaspal Singh and which area to Smt. Dalbir Kaur area of the land of lease deed properly is also not mentioned in the location plan.
5. The lease deed is with Ms Highlander Estate builders & developers where as application is in the name of Royal City. Please clarify.
