In the said note , it has been mentioned that the industry has submitted a copy of receipt dated 19.12.2023 of the operator of CETP at Ludhiana, M/s JBR Technologies vide which, 3500 lts of effluent was lifted from the industry by the said CETP. The representative of the industry informed that the said operator of CETP at M/s JBR Technologies is not doing formal agreement for lifting of trade effluent but the operator lifts the effluent under proper manifest as and when the industry approaches them to lift the same.
Before taking any further action in the matter, if approved, RO be asked to first get the agreement executed with CETP for lifting of effluent and only then process the case on merits, please. |
