1. The project proponent has not submitted land use classification certificate of the site.
2. The project proponent has not submitted a clear copy of layout plan.
3. The project proponent has not submitted details of consent fee deposited.
4. The project proponent as not submitted the details as to when commercial operations were started at the site.
