The project proponent has applied for obtaining 'Consent to Established' under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for setting up a unit for Job Work of Heat Treatment for manufacturing of Auto parts, motor parts, cycle parts, other machinery parts @ 5 TPD by using of Ready Auto Parts, Cycle Parts, Motor Parts, cycle parts Other Machinery Parts From customer @ 5 TPD.
The industry has deposited Rs. 21600/- vide no. 346931354 dated 19.1.2024 as NOC fee, which is adequate for one year.
The industry has filled online application form and submitted, MOA, Process chart, Project report, Site plan location plan, project report of industry and Certificate of In Principal Approval. .
The proposed site of the industry was earlier visited by AEE of this office on 25.1.2024 & observed that:-
1. The proposed site of the industry falls budhewal road, village jandiali Ludhiana.
2. The building of the proposed industry has been constructed.
3. No machinery proposed by the applicant in its application has been installed at site.
4. The industry has proposed to install one tempering furnace, one Heat Treatment Furnace, one Shot Blasting Machine with adequate stack height.
5. The industry has proposed to install one no. DG of capacity 250 KVA with canopy and adequate stack height provided.
6. The site is suitable for such type of establishment as per site conditions as well as, as per principal approval granted to the industry by the Competent Authority Vide no. 2112691263 dated 2.3.2022. As per said letter the site of the proposed industry is industrial and all type of units are permissible.
In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC for first time) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year with suitable terms and conditions, as per the policy of the Board.
