As discussed with your goodself, it is submitted that the capacity of the industry before and after expansion is as under:-
Previous existing capacity:
Raw material: Paddy @ 6 TPH
Product: Raw rice @ 4 TPH or steamed rice @ 2.5 TPH
After expansion, with addition of 01 no. additional shelling line, 03 no. dryers (total of 6 no. dryers, 03 no. @ 32 TPD and 03 no. @ 24 TPD) and 01 no. paddy pre cleaner:
Shelling line-1 capacity:
Raw material: Paddy @ 6 TPH
Product: Raw rice @ 4 TPH or steamed rice @ 4 TPH
Shelling line-2 capacity:
Raw material: Paddy @ 3 TPH
Product: Raw rice @ 2 TPH or steamed rice @ 2 TPH
Total capacity after expansion:
Raw material: Paddy @ 9 TPH
Product: Raw rice @ 6 TPH or steamed rice @ 6 TPH
