The industry has not increased land area and no dryer or any other machiney except sortex has been installed.
Further, air emission sampling of the industry will be carried out in due course during this season.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consent to operate (CTO) under Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30/09/2028 for the production of Sorted Raw Rice (without Dryer) @ 2.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 3.0 TPH as raw material, subject to the suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and a special condition that the industry will got analyzed its stack emission sample from Board’s lab or Board’s approved lab in coming season |
