It is submitted that there is no school/Educational institute /college within 500 meter from the site of the unit. Further, in the last report submitted by the revenue department at the time of last NOC, there was no school/Educational institute /college within 500 meter from the site. Further as per the last visit to the site during NOC application there was no report regarding existence of any school/Educational institute /college within 500 meter of the site of the unit. It seems that the special condition no 3 was inadvertently imposed due to copy paste. Submitted plz. |
