Sir, the application was scrutinized and observed that the industry has applied varied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981, however, the industry has not mentioned any addition in production/raw material/ machinery etc. Also the CA certificate submitted by the industry is increased from Rs. 1286.96 lacs to 2172.04 lacs, but the industry has not submitted any detail of this increase in assets. Also the industry falls in medium category, but the industry has applied consent under small scale.
If approved, the application applied by the industry may be return due to above said observations with the request to resubmit the same in auto renewal system.
