It is submitted that the details have been rechecked and found that the industry has applied under category sr. no 3999 Miscellaneous (green). Further the industry in reply has submitted as under:-
“The industrial unit will be engaged in cutting & moulding of MS steel, only. Also, the proposed manufacturing process involves only cutting of MS sheets through power press. No work of painting would be done. Moreover, no water and air pollution will be caused in trade activities. In this way, the industry would only be performed its activities, which is allowed under the green category only, as prescribed by the PPCB.”
The distance certificate has been given by the Naib tehsildar authorized by the revenue department, and can certify the distance certificate. Moreover site was also visited by the undersigned as reported.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted NOC/consent to establish for one year with suitable conditions as per the policy of Board and special condition that the industry will be bound to comply with the conditions imposed by the DTP vide its letter no. 76/DTP(Barnala)/SS-130 dated 09.02.2023.
