Sir, as discussed, the industry was advised to submit two bank guarantee of Rs. 1,00,000/- each in place of bank guarantee of Rs. 2,00,000/-. The industry has submitted the two number bank guarantees no. 0450NDDG00000624 and 0450NDDG00000724 dated 29/01/2024 for Rs. 1,00,000/- each in place of bank guarantee no. 0450NDDG00000524 dated 05/01/2024 for Rs. 2,00,000/-
Now the bank guarantee no. 0450NDDG00000624 dated 29/01/2024 has been processed its encashment in compliance of decision of the proceeding of the Competent Authority and 02-03 days may be require to the bank for its encashment, however processing time of application has almost expired.
If approved the application of the industry consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be returned to the industry with the request to resubmitted the same after complete as per decisions of proceeding of the personal dated 17/11/2023.
