Sir, the application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and following observation has been observed:-
1. The Project Proponent has proposed to setup a commercial project at area about 7600 Sqr Yard, but it has not submitted the land documents of entire 7600 sqr yard area.
2. The Project Proponent has not submitted area classification/CLU/approved building plan from the concerned Authorities.
3. The Project Proponent has not submitted a proper project report showing the detail of consumption of fresh water as well as generation of effluent and its treatment and mode of disposal.
It is therefore requested to submit the reply of above said observations within 03 days. |
