In reference to the clarification raised by the zonal office the point wise reply is as under :
1. The project proponent had obtained NOC only for plotting of the residential colony, in which houses will be constructed themselves by the plot purchaser. As such construction area can not specified at this stage . However the total area of the project is less than 50 acre ,hence it is not covered under EC.
2. As per the site plans submitted by the project proponent ,the STP is common for both the projects. Moreover, the NOC to Establish to both the projects was also granted on this basis.
3. The calculations for estimated waste water generation has been already detailed in feasibility report at page no 9.for residential it is 135 lpcd, commercial 45 lpcd, community cennter 45 LCD schoool 200 lpcd has been taken .
4. The PP has proposed to utilize its treated waste water partially onto land for plantation 4346 sq. mtrs (as per layout plan) and remaining reused for flushing in its premises after treatment in STP to be installed by its sister concerned colony namely M/s Dynamic Homes Phase-II. The plantation have been provided. Further, presently, there is no occupancy, hence, parks and lines for dual plumbing are yet to be provided.
5. The project proponent has provided the vermicomposting pits at site. However due to no occupancy it is yet to be commission.
6. Many such projects of extensions divided by a road has been considered two different entities. Moreover licence to develop the colony has been already issued by the Patiala Urban Planning and Development Authority.
