| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinised the case it has been observed that:-
1. As per documents submitted by the industry the land is in the name of Sh. Rishi Pal Sood S/o Sh. Krishan Chand Sood. Whereas, the DTP, Ludhiana has issued Principal Approval letter regarding industrial Zone infavour of M/S Alcast Synergies Pvt. Ltd., Village Dugri vide his office letter No. 1802 DTP(L) M2C dated 17.07.2023, please clarify.
2. If, there is an agreement between Sh. Rishi Pal Sood and M/S Alcast Synergies Pvt. Ltd w.r.t. to land, then submit the copy.
