The minutes of officer meeting held under the chairmanship of Honble Secretary, DSTE on 10.01.24 is still awaited. However, after deliberations in the meeting it was suggested that a uniform policy be made regarding validity of consents of brick kilns which are not replacing atleast 20% coal with paddy straw pellets.
Accordingly, it is again requested to move a separate noting for consideration for competent authority of the Board for framing the said policy.
Meanwhile the application may be returned back with request to resubmit the same once uniform policy in dealing such application gets finalised. |
