In view of the details mentioned by AEE above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the commercial for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that:- 1. The project proponent shall comply with the various terms and conditions of the CLU granted to it. 2. The project proponent shall not discharged treated effluent except as per proposal submitted by the project proponent. 3. The promoter company shall ensure that the total built up area of all individual projects/plots combined together is not more than 1,50,000 sqm, otherwise the project as such is covered under category 8(b) of the schedule appended to the EIA notification and project proponent of the area development project is required to obtain the environmental clearance, failing which, the promoter company shall be liable for action for the violation of EIA notification dated14/09/2006. 4. The promoter company shall ensure that the total built up area of construction being carried out by it or any different builders may not be greater than 20,000 sqm, otherwise the project as such is covered under category 8(a) of the schedule appended to the EIA notification and project proponent of the building and construction project is required to obtain prior environmental clearance, failing which, the promoter company/builder shall be liable for action for the violation of EIA notification dated14/09/2006. 5. The project proponent shall obtain permission from the PWRDA for the abstraction of ground water. 6. The project proponent shall utilize treated wastewater from nearby STPs for the construction purpose and shall submit an agreement in this regard within one month. 7. The project proponent shall provide separate water meter and energy meter for the STP and maintain record of the same on daily basis. 8. The project proponent shall ensure segregation of solid waste at source, facilitate collection of segregated waste in separate streams, handover recyclable material to either the authorized waste pickers or the authorized recyclers as prescribed in Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The bio-degradable waste shall be processed, treated and disposed of through composting by providing mechanical composter of capacity 150 kg/day. 9. The project proponent shall ensure that all the construction material and debris shall be carried out in trucks or other vehicles which are fully covered and protected so as to ensure that the construction debris or the construction material does not get disburse into the air or atmosphere in any form. 10. The project proponent shall take all necessary steps to control the dust emissions to be generated from the construction activities of the project 11. The promoter company shall comply with the provisions of the Construction and Demolition Management Rules, 2016. (Competency – Chief Environmental Engineer, PBIP) |
