There is increase in value of fixed assets of the industry about 4.5 cr, but the industry has not deposited NOC regularization fee and the increase is mainly in the plant & machinery, which depicted that there may be increase in production capacity and the industry needs to be clarified.
Please submit the compliance of special conditions of previous consent to operate granted to the industry and send the recommendations accordingly.
Please process the applications meticulously considering all facts like compliance of special conditions, EC conditions, show cause pending, bank guarantee status and temporary restoration, if any. |
