• From the perusal of the documents submitted, it has been observed that the cost of land has been mentioned as zero in the project report and moreover no lease deed/Registered deed submitted alongwith the application.
• The project cost excluding the cost of land as per the project report is Rs. 1.46 crore.
• In view of above as well as the note dated 31.01.2024 of the Regional Office, if approved, show cause notice before refusal of 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) be issued to the project proponent along-with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board. |
