The application of the industry has been scrutinize and it is observed as under:
1. There is an increase the cost of fixed asset of the units from 523.28 crores to 621.6 crores especially w.r.t building cost and plant and machinery. The industry is requested to intimate the details about the increase in the cost of fixed assets and also submit revise building plan (in case of new additions). The industry is requested to submit that with the addition in plant and machinery whether production capacity as well as pollution load will increase of plot.
2. The industry has not linked CTO fees with the application form.
3. The industry was granted CTO for discharge of trade effluent @430 KLD and domestic effluent @370 KLD onto land for plantation and the industry has now applied for discharge of different quantities of trade as well as domestic effluent along with change of mode of disposal.
4. The industry is requested to submit latest status w.r.t implementation of the recommendations of the joint committee made in the NGT matter (Appeal no. 19/23) titled Federrel Mogul Goetze (India) Limited Vs Punjab Pollution Control Board.
