In view of details mentioned above and in the agenda note attached by AEE and the fact that Govt. is actively pursuing establishment of new pelletization plants for managing the paddy stubble which is a huge cause of concern w.r.t air pollution in the region, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted to the Project Proponent for one year period with suitable conditions and special condition that:- 1. The Project Proponent shall not commission without the prior permissions of the Board. 2. The Project Proponent shall provide adequate arrangements for controlling dust from the process. 3. The Project Proponent shall submit building plan approved under Factory Act, 1948. 4. The Project Proponent shall plant adequate trees around the boundary of the unit. Competency.
