Whether the industry has submitted revenue record details/ documents and map demarcation plantation area reserved for disposal of treated effluent after ETP.
The industry has applied under red categorgy but recommendations submitted is for grant under orange category. Pl clarify.
The point wise reply is as under-
1. The original documents has been received.
2. The industry has proposed to install multicyclone as APCD equipped with canopy & stack of adequate height.
3. The industy has proposed to discharge @ 126 KLD of water and has proposed more than 2 acre of land for plantation as per Karanal Technology, which will be adequate to utilized entire treated trade effluent. The industry has infomred that the revenue record/demarcation plan will be provided well before commissioning of the unit.
4. The industy has applied under Red category and also, deposited fee as per same category slab and it was inadvertently as orange category.
