Whether the industry has provided monitoring mechanism with its vehicles & whether RO has monitored its operations wrt qty. of spent acid lifted/treated, Qty. of HW generated/lifted. Please ask RO to put up with complete report.
It is submitted that the reply of the clarification sought by the Competent Authority is as under:-
1. The industry has provided monitoring mechanisam with its vehicle i,e. GPS tracker. The user id and password of the same is:

It is further submitted that the operation of the unit w.r.t quantitiy of spent acid lifted/treated and quantity of HW generated/lifted was verified by this office and found in order.
Further the detail of last three months of lifting of spent acid is attached. The industry was granted authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 vide no. HWM/renew/LDH1/2021/15185022 dated 28.05.2021 valid upto 27.05.2026.
Submitted with previous recommendations for grant of consent please.
