It is intimated that personal hearing of the PP was held on 22/01/2024 and the proceedings of the same are yet to be approved from the Competent Authority of the Board. Therefore, the present application of the PP cannot be processed without concluding the decisions taken during the said personal hearing.
In view of the above, may if approved, present application is hereby returned and the PP may is requested to re-submit its application after making compliance of the decisions of the personal hearing taken by the Authority.
