The application of the industry for obtaining renewal of consent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The industry is required to submit point wise compliance of the special conditions on which the earlier consent grant to it. 2. The industry is required to submit NOC obtained from Director of Factories, Punjab for its turbine of capacity 340 KW. 3. The industry is required to submit details of the increase in the value fixed assets from Rs. 215.1 Crore to 229.5 Crores and is also required to submit whether this increase in value of fixed assets has any effect on production capacity or not. 4. The industry is also required to deposit NOC regularization fee for increase in the fixed assets amounting to Rs. 14.05 Crore. In view of the above, you are requested to submit the point wise reply w.r.t the above said observations within 3 days. |
