The application was scrutinized and observed that the resort has not submitted any arrangement for the disposal of solid waste generated at site. Also the resort has not submitted total green/ plantation area. The resort has not submitted any document regarding installation of STP for the treatment of domestic effluent generated by them. The industry has also not submitted proof of date of commissioning so as to adjudged adequacy of consent fee.
